Pros
Overall I have loved my time at POSaBIT. The culture here is incredible. Everyone on the team is happy to help lend a hand or answer any questions. I always feel like my opinions matter and are considered even when talking to top management. It is clear one of the main reasons this company has been so successful is the people. The benefits are pretty awesome as well. The salary is fantastic especially compared to the industry. There are great health benefits available, plus generous bonuses. Employee growth is also strongly encouraged. If you take pride in your work and do what is asked of you, you will be extremely successful at this company. Since working here I have learned countless new skills that I wish I had earlier in my career.
Cons
A growing company so naturally there are a few growing pains. This was more of an issue years ago but has since been solved.
