Pros
Depends what department you're in. Food and Beverage gets 1 free meal a shift, a free shift adult-drink and 50% off on food.
Cons
They hire anyone and some people are still in the mindset of Middle School and will bully you. They don't get rid of people who call out constantly or arrive late constantly. They pay higher than minimum wage. Management doesn't help out if there's only 1 cook and it's super busy, but will help Cashiers out even if there are 3 of them.
