Pros

The mountain itself is absolutely packed with fantastic terrain and snow. You are treated as an important individual with strengths and weaknesses, not just a number. It is a business I have made lifelong friends working for. Management will take feedback seriously and make adjustments were appropriate.

Cons

Cost of living (either in staff accom or privately) is high to the point of being unsustainable. High staff turn over (a result of seasonal work, not the working conditions) means the management can be quite variable sometimes.

Pros

Free/discounted access to outdoor adventures (skiing/snowboarding, river rafting, mountain biking, ziplining)

Cons

Incompetent management; weak COVID policies & enforcement; has employees lie to customers about operations to look better; inconsistent policies toward employee performance; lip service paid to "diversity and inclusion" but unwilling to do anything about inappropriate workplace conditions
