Pros
Like-minded people make this company fun to work for. I looked forward to work every day. I felt supported, trusted, and was given the autonomy to make decision and propel them. Pay is a little low but benefits are great!
Cons
Lack of senior management structure and consistency caused a lot of turnover at the director and managerial levels. With so much change in job descriptions, roles and positions, it makes it hard to really progress and move forward.
