Good pay. Great people to work with. Treat like people not numbers. Relaxed work environment. Attendance and production bonuses. Referral bonuses. Air conditioned.

Cons

People get use to easy work. Start to cry when asked to do their job. Get more responsibility when you learn more not a con but some people don't like it.
