Pros

Good place to get a year of experience under your belt to negotiate for a better position elsewhere. Quickly learn lots of techniques and industry knowledge

Cons

Expected to do the work of 2+ people and go beyond your pay grade. Lots of long hours and little to no work-life balance. Management expects you to be responsible for everything that goes wrong while giving you no tools to succeed or independence. If you're good at what you do they just give you more work no reward. Little room to climb the ladder/get promoted and pay is below market range. Little is done to address discriminatory and sexist actions from coworkers. They hire people straight out of undergrad and retain very few beyond a year or two so overall knowledge level is very low for the work you have to do.
