Pros

Great for a first GMP experience, exposure to many roles and responsibilities within GMP. A very high standard of GMP is adhered to here, it would be easy to work somewhere else GMP after. Flexibility to WFH depending on needs.

Cons

Essentially no distinction between junior and senior lab positions, everyone has a similar workload just pay/position is different. HUGE turnover of staff each year, therefore a lot of new staff and mistakes occur frequently. Your progression can be limited compared to your colleagues just based on if your manager isn't pushing you for new experiences (favouritism contributes to this issue).
