I can only see it as a grand place for someone straight out of college needing to get experience and then move on

Cons

Employees are overworked and over stressed, work load is massive and pay is not reflected. Employees are blamed for any OOS, deviations and investigations. Overtime is not paid but you are expected to complete the testing on the day no matter what... People come and go all the time. Employee retention is very low
