HR ignored reference request after 3 years!

Pros

- good place for graduate who didn't have any experience - good place for foureign workers as you will be treated the same as everyone else -clear structure of pay and benefits -there are opportunities for promotion

Cons

-after 3years, HR no longer provide reference -working long hours -expressive workload -unsupportive culture - ambitious finance director who ignored the capacity of his teams -400 pages of training material - a PHD trainner who was not helpful

Option to work from home or go into office Coworkers are very friendly and helpful

Cons

Maybe if I had to nitpick, maybe somedays you have to stay a little bit over just to get some work done, but that doesn't happen very often
