      Pros

      Top technology, career opportunities, and training offered to encourage career advancement. The downtown building is a beautiful place to work, and employees are given all the tools for success.

      Cons

      The only con is that the company is so large, especially to work in the HQ building, that one can feel a bit lost. It's definitely up to you to make sure you stay up on training and meet your career goals, but the opportunities are certainly there.

      Pros

      Wide range of clients and regions to work with.

      Cons

      Team members are not put in positions to succeed. It is a sink or swim mentality and the company waits for failure and client complaints before addressing issues. Directors are more concerned with putting their needs first before that of their teams and clients. Decision making on resourcing is lacking rationale thinking. Working with unreasonable (often rude) clients and their unobtainable expectations.
