Pros
The clients and projects are very interesting, and it is a great place to join, especially as a more junior employee - you will learn a lot. Being a larger CRO, there are lots of systems and quite a set way to do things - again this can be helpful to the more junior employee.
Cons
The salary is absolutely terrible, even by CRO standards. Considering where some of the offices are (e.g Cambridge in the UK), it is barely enough to live on for more junior roles. There are no discernable perks or benefits, and many of those are only available to long standing staff (e.g over 3 years), by which time most staff have left.
