Pros
-Gets you a job/paycheck right out of college -Bonuses -Flexible scheduling in some roles -Decent PTO, although accrued and harder to take due to recent policy changes -Good benefits package for employee only coverage -Donut once a month
Cons
-Most people seem pretty disengaged at every level- management just can't seem to figure out what we want or won't put into action anything to make it better -Raises aren't great -Quality Department was disbanded without any plan of action in place -Limited mobility within your career path and company overall depending on your department
