Pros
Work life balance is good and the job itself is easy. Most of the people are great, and managers I've interacted with genuinely care about their employees. Healthcare benefits are great and new 401K matching also great.
Cons
No upward mobility within teams, and it's easier to advance by switching teams New PTO policy isn't great. Lost 2 holidays (one of which is Christmas Eve) and PTO no longer rolls over. Takes longer for accrual rate to increase, but don't worry higher level execs can still take time off as needed. Your experience with the company is highly dependent on which team you end up with, and you have no visibility to that during job applications. Salaries are not competitive with other companies in the area.
