Pay could be a lot better.

Insane working hours are expected many of my colleagues and I have left work late into the night after being there all day. Petty management. They often pay us late and the pay is very low in comparison on other companies for the same position. Little to no regard for the life of the employee we have to work over hours almost everyday. Very poor work life balance. The only way you can get a promotion is through never complaining about anything, never suggesting changes, being very agreeable all the time and snitching on your co-workers to management. The HR is disorganised and not at all interested in protecting the employees from upper management.
