      Low pays, lots of work, but okay training

      Pros

      Good place to learn a wide range of techniques, flexible work schedule, won't kill you with overtime

      Cons

      Pay is down right abhorrent for the work performed. The other reviews are accurate. They will put a lot of work and pressure on you and pay horrendously below industry and area average. As a result the turn over rate is too high to maintain stability in the work environment. Promotions are rare and even with a promotion, the pay is abysmal. Management takes no responsibility when things go wrong. Did I mention the pay is way below industry average, because really it's a glaring problem.

      *Semi-annual compensation adjustments (depends on group and supervisor) *Good (albeit overly rigorous) training program *Hours are very flexible *Overtime as desired *401K match

      Cons

      *Pay on the low end of competitive *Working with supervisors, advancement paths are outlined. Often times these seem like a bit of a pipe dream as more senior positions are continually hired out. I've only seen one case of hiring out senior analyst positions in my 4 years that looks to actually have made sense and paid off *Project managers can have unrealistic expectations about timelines
