good knowledge sharing database, nice place to learn for newbies

Cons

very poor work life balance, be prepared to work average 11+ hours per day, and be prepared to work until 2 or 3 AM at least once per week. Company tried to fix this but failed again and again. Now just put more workload and pressure on its employee and manager and fire whoever unwilling to obey this work hour schedule

I worked at RTP Morrisville NC location . Great place to work people were really nice and lot of opportunities to learn and grow. At times there are long hours but that’s a nature of CRO business.

Cons

Path to moving up the ladder shall be clear and concise. Pay should be competitive and should be according to workload .
