Pros

Has good pay and benefits.

Cons

Poor management upper and store level. Unqualified store manager and very poor communication skills. Some employees are allowed to not follow rules and are allowed to be rude to customers.

None. People are not valued at ppg only spread sheets and data are valued, however they are wrongly interpretated.

Cons

Under the guise of lowering hours ppg is going to reduce staff even in profitable stores and reduce certain peoples hours to part time in effort to get them to quit. Ppg has been sued for this action in the past sue them again please
