Great product line Good Policies and Basic business structure. Regular store audits to insure business practices stay on track

Cons

Poor decision making at executive level. Accountability falls entirely at store operational level with no other repercussions to employees outside of store level. Basic business metrics not met or even recognized, Just gross sales

Cons

upper management communication and decisions aren't always the best for the lower tier employees and incentive plans don't usually make a lot of sense
