      Pros

      Love building and create new ideas. Meeting people with different educational background and sharing in there area of expertise

      Cons

      Never ending learning about technology find away too get project done. Given buget is never easily to keep in single project setting.

      Pros

      Great retirement, benefits, flexible schedule, over time (but that depends on which department you're in).

      Cons

      Managers will not negotiate the raise that I deserve. They told me to leave the company and come back to another position in order to get a raise...which I found odd. I'm not bragging, but I know I'm a great employee and they just don't really seem to care. They talk a good game about caring, but when it comes down to it they just don't really care.
