      Pros

      Good benefits overall outside of pay.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. If you take internal moves, you keep your old job while getting a new one. 5-7% pay bump for promotions. Never feel heard.

      They offer full benefits, medical, dental, vision, and 401K

      Cons

      Understaffed and hard-to-fill positions. They don't take care of the employees compensation-wise. They will pay an outside person a higher wage than to promote within.

      Smart, dedicated, and loyal staff Teamwork Many, many opportunities within the company if you look for them

      Cons

      Top down- all the time. Does not promote from within to the top levels very often- last 10 years has been a parade of outside talent coming in at the VP level with little or no coatings industry experience. They come and they go and it roils the organization every time they do.
