      - company car - easy job

      - management changes their direction like the wind - micromanaged - lack of communication - lack of company culture or value towards sales team - CRM was more important than actually selling

      Pros

      Pretty hands off in terms of upper management telling you what to do on a daily basis in a territory manager I clock in and out of my phone so there's lots of flexibility that way

      Cons

      Mandatory 50 hours a week I've had 4 managers in the past 2 years directly above me some of those managers have been gone 42 or 3 months at a time leaving me completely on my own with hardly any suphorrible pay raises even though I was number one in the region of 22 people I got a 2.5% pay raise
