1. Flexible working hours 2. Home office

1. No support for new comers 2. No one in the team is proactive (if you ask them something, they will respond hours later or next day) 3. If I don’t understand anything and tried to tell them to jump on a call so that we can clarify the things, they feel offended 4. I was afraid to ask questions and doubts to anyone 5. I was only Indian in a team and others are Czech. Never feel included in a team. Was never a part of the team chat and never invited to any of the team meetings 6. Got terminated in my probation period just for on task which took longer to complete, ignored all the other tasks which was completed efficiently and timely.
