      I don't know how is works in other countries where PPG is, but in the Czech Republic it could be hard, the management is deprived of common sense, The training is not enough, and the middle-level management need to understand that people make big companies, not EGOs

      Cons

      Poor management qualification, too much rudeness, and goals not clear. and an incredible excess of meetings without agendas.
