      - Job security if you do what is expected - Company car - Freedom that comes with outside sales (need to be disciplined though)

      Cons

      - No pay increases - Tough to meet sales goals - Difficult to advance if not located at the corporate office

      Pros

      The people are very nice and easy to get along with. They supply you with everything you need to get the job done. To be honest the job is very easy, if you've never had a job delivering before then it may take you a few days to learn the ropes, but afterwards it's a very nice job.

      Cons

      You sometimes get conflicting instructions as to how to do things, but you learn which is best after a bit. Unless you transfer to a store position instead of a driver, there really isn't a whole lot of room for advancement. Don't think of this job as a career, but a good job until you find one.

      Pros

      Working for PPG's retail front you get set hours, along with the overall company's good benefits, a 401k, and a good amount of vacation/holiday time, fast paced, gain vast amounts of knowledge about coatings, it's a decent place to work.

      Cons

      Underpaid compared to similar positions with other companies.
