Was great until the changes, now it’s okay.
Pros
-Own your business and grow business based on your own initiatives. -Management does not micro manage -Easy to take vacation with no questions asked whenever submitted. -37.5 hours per week -Company car with everything paid for
Cons
-No marketing materials for basic selling needs -No support from marketing or upper management on issues plaguing field team -Top level decisions come from head office in the USA. Pay does not even increase to meet cost of living increases. -After 1 year of working in entry level position I received a salary increase of 1.9%. After 3 years of working with the company which includes training all new hires and supporting them, pay has not gone up since the first increase unlike the workload. -Recently broke apart a 12 person team that was the most cohesive team I have ever been apart of and split them up under 12 managers supporting other teams. Now I feel isolated. -Pay and bonuses are not equal to counterparts on our new teams -35% more admin work taking time away from selling under new management. Including new accountabilities.
