Pros
There is a lot of down time. So enjoy it while you can before the manager finds something utterly idiotic for you to do.
Cons
When it gets busy then it gets busy. Expect to be treated like a slave from the manager. If you have parents then don't work for this company because they will tell you to disobey them when they need your help for family emergencies. Don't expect to get a raise. Do not accept the MIT program because they will relocate you in an area far away from home. Most likely to a place that gets little to no business so that you would have to work by yourself six days a week.
