Hybrid (3WFO 2WFH) Competitive Salary Connected to public transport (LRT) Many learning opportunities, Mentoring Program, Charity events, etc

Cons

Currently low % for increment and low bonus due to company's profit and performances. Depends on which group > no proper knowledge transfer, no proper recognition (there are recognition reward program but not all Managers are using it) Hot desk > don't have specific seating arrangement, some days when majority of people are coming into the office, who may have not seats at all. Minority for some races and majority to you-know-who... some bias in terms of promotions Given tasks that are out of our job description, not given compensation as it is part of 'ad-hoc' ?

Decent benefits, 401k PT and vacation time

Cons

Goals are set so high, but they’re not even attainable and then you’re blamed for the fact that you never accomplish them. They say pay is competitive, but it’s actually not. Decisions are made without involving thoughts and opinions of everyone invested in that decision. Very hard to get work done when you have to contact several different people all over the world in different time zones and nobody is making it a priority.
