Pros

Work with Lowe's associates to drive sales. I loved the flexibility that the job offers. This is a great position that can lead to further opportunities with other companies.

Cons

Micro manage sales force. Trying to push sales by doing things that take you away from the paint isle. The company forces you to work 30 mandatory Saturdays many of which revolve around holidays in the summer.

Pros

The culture within the company embraces innovation. The scientists are open to hearing ideas, and the company rarely lays off its research teams.

Cons

The benefits are poor, the research centers emphasize that only the PhD's opinions matter, and the only way to transfer an idea from being heard to being accepted is to ask a PhD to support the concept.

Pros

They are on top of their game with technology and research. Great focus on quality.

Cons

During the time I was with them, they were overly structured and it limited career progression.
