Higher salary compared to most jobs at the same level and position. Culture of not firing employees (can also be bad for certain reasons). Generally, healthy environment in terms of leaders and how they are worried about people's well being, most of them see the employees as human beings as they should.
Cons
There is no career planning, most of the people in higher positions have achieved that for being 10-25 years in the company.
