      Pros

      Most weeks Mon - Fri with an occasional Saturday but only open until 12. Closed all Sundays and major Holidays

      Cons

      Can be long hours that are very strenuous, reps and customers are very arrogant and demanding placing ordering and then expecting them within an hour when the day has been planned with other deliveries and orders. No recognition for store managers not many sales contests to push stores, manager never given any perks that company has like tickets to pro games.

      great company, strong and with presence around the world, socially responsive and very good benefits to their employees. it have a great friendly environment.

      Cons

      some times people who works in PPG are blind to their costumers needs and just can´t think out of the box.

      Pros

      It's a job and you get a paycheck.

      Cons

      WAY too many overpaid managers who do nothing. The people who actually do work are paid the least. No increased compensation for great performance, instead more pressure, additional work, harder assignments. Age/office politics/gender matter more than actual skills. The people who stay with this company are either the ones who get paid to do nothing, or losers without any self respect. Stay here a few years then leave for a raise.
