      Pros

      Large secure company. They took over family run business that wasn't surviving. No one lost their jobs.

      Cons

      Large corporate business, it takes time to adjust. Set in their way of thinking. Not open to new ideas.

      Very good managers at the store level. Good hours, no nights.

      Cons

      It's a physical job with a lot of heavy lifting. I enjoyed that, but it might be too much for some people.

      Pros

      Great place to work. The people are fun and easy going. Its a great place to interact with contractors.

      Cons

      The pay is not what it used to be. Yeah, the benefits are good, but the hours were stingy and the pay was better when they had a commission pay. They do not hire from within the company so don't look for promotion.
