Pros
There are some very good, hard working, people in this company. The health insurance is good, but expensive. The industry this company works in is fascinating. You can always learn something new everyday if you take the initiative.
Cons
It is very difficult to communicate with upper level management about the situation on the ground. This is due to the geographically spread out nature of the management structure. The company axed the training and development department. Future career growth has limited prospects without formal training and certification opportunities.
