      Pros

      You are forced to learn new things by yourself since the company kept asking you to do more yet didn't want to nurture you.

      Cons

      - They are very proud of the name of PPG, yet no one knows what it is anyway. - The CSR that they make, it's just a way to lower taxes. - Too many hierarchies and old people inside - They said it is US companies but you will barely find foreigner in there, and even so, people are speaking Czech regardless of anything. - They are one of the stingiest employer you would find out there in the market - The managers has a very bad attitude, they are just pointing out your mistakes but never praised any single milestones you did. But hey, they are so good in front of the "guess" aka. anyone that visits the company from abroad esp from US.
