      Pros

      Worked under a good manager and sales rep. Regular hours and semi-competitive pay.

      Cons

      PPG bought out the company I worked for so the process was a little frustrating but in the end I think it was a good move.

      Pros

      Very good managers at the store level. Good hours, no nights.

      Cons

      It's a physical job with a lot of heavy lifting. I enjoyed that, but it might be too much for some people.

      Pros

      It's a pay check. Most of the people are pretty nice and truly want to help you and the customer at the store level. Understaffing for many stores the plus side is can give you overtime. The store hours are not to bad but the do vary by area.

      Cons

      LOW PAY AND SMALL RAISES like 10 cents an hour. The in-store operations are hampered by the terrible mix of bad color matching software and the new Zero VOC colorants. The Horribly inappropriate tint machine that can take over 10 mins to dispense tint into a 5 gallon. Understaffing is the norm. They want to expand your job duties well pass your job description. I was a key carrier as an associate (the lowest paying position in the store).
