Pros

Can be an okay stepping stone if you're able to find something new. Exposure to large companies, but in a bit of a scammy way. Great trauma bonded friendships.

Cons

Total clown show. Proceed at your own peril. Forget about time off, remote work, decent benefits, or peace of mind if you want to work here. They are doing shady rolling layoffs near constantly. Completely unethical business practices. No one knows how to work, leadership is plain lazy and would rather gaslight and project than do one thing to actually earn some money or bring value. Pyramid scheme. I was worried that even having this place on my resume would ruin my career. They act like they're the varsity jocks with the "success for those who want it" and "winning isn't for everyone" garbage. They are just losers and grifters. When I learned how much a senior leader's salary was I was shocked at the amount. All that abuse to endure and dole out and not even making 6 figures. Very pathetic and upsetting. This place will make your body and mind sick. My family was begging me to quit. The Charleston office is a shack under the overpass that John W & his one brain cell are treating like a frat house, including a female-only staff aged 21-35. Creepy. Not to mention he has absolutely no idea what he's doing in a near dangerous way. Like a huge toddler with power tools.

Alright company, not for the long term.

Pros

Personal role was low stress and great co-workers. Not much else past that.

Cons

CEO is quick to berate you publicly, usually over minor issues. Everyone treads around him in fear and does their best to stay off his radar. Employees even avoid walking past him when they can. Company is run off a fear of being screamed at like a child and fired instead of an actual desire to do well. Some of the upper level management are clueless with things they've been doing for 10 years and stare at you like a deer in headlights when you explain simple things. Very slim upward mobility, so the company is more of a stepping stone. Health insurance costs quite a bit compared to some other firms. Company pushes hard on the culture, making you look like an outcast if you'd rather just keep the role strictly as a job instead of interacting with everyone at every event possible.
