Pros

4-10 hrs shifts M-F, no night or weekend call, Monthly bonus for payments received above a base amount. 8 paid holidays. 3 CME days. Almost entirely English speaking patient population.

Cons

No vision, dental benefits, life insurance or disability insurance benefits offered. Working for multiple different doctors who have different preferences and expectations. Like most private practices they operate on a for profit structure. Smaller than average CME allowance. Allscripts EMR. Little diversity among providers or patient population.
