An empire... but it is what you make of it.
Pros
The staff from all departments you work with as peers are great. The facilites are impressive and as a member you will certainly enjoy your experience as the customer service is very high and expected to be very high. The clients and members you will interact with are one-of-a-kind and really make the job enjoyable and worth it.
Cons
What the company stands for is honorable, but it is not always taught or upheld by management. Staff are often promoted to management with zero experience or are hand-picked based on their current job - not on any aspiration of being a leader or leadership qualities. If you are lucky enough to have a good boss you are more than likely to enjoy your job. If you have a boss that isn't a leader, you won't stay long.
