No room for advancment, no path to raises, uper managment has no clue on direction to go with schedules and call outs for technicians. Sites need more technicians but instead hire mor VP's.

Small town living, good, ok benefits.

Cons

Family owned company has poorly ran the company since it started in 2002. Tremendous layoffs every other year, family and close friends receive staggering benefits and always have job security.
