      Small Company - Small Town Mentality

      Pros

      ProEnergy needed experienced people to perform their jobs and appreciated older-skilled personnel.

      Cons

      Many skilled personnel are let go due to “downturn”, but in reality it is due to inability to lower professional standards to meet a very small minded company.

      Base salary Interesting industry Power plants are clean O&M personnel (not management) are excellent to work with

      How management treats employees with a clear bias. It is a "good old boys club" still. Poor communication by management during major transitions Bonuses promised, never given HR turns a blind eye towards toxic behavior by management

      Pros

      Where to start and what a joke. Appearances on the out don't make up for the short coming while in. Sweatshop culture. No interpersonal relationships yet alone communication. Bunch of monkeys screwing the same football. Safety is a good thought and about it. Equipment well outdated,a contstant struggle for the bare necessities. You could be a astro engineer with 20yrs experience. Doesn't matter you don't know about thing and it's in your face. Everyone stroking everyone's ego and if your not some form of supervisor or management you're the scum of earth. Shut up, don't ask a question do as told not as done. Place sets you up for failure from day one. Be aware
