Plenty of work to do

Plenty of work to do. Not enough people to do it. Management determines how much time is allowed to complete a project and management underestimates every time and then blames the department for management's failure to understand what is required to meet its needs. Terminations are frequent.

There are none. This company just doesn't care. If they started to focus on people maybe it would change. That doesn't appear too likely.

Cons

Hard to figure out where to start. Nepotism is rampant. The guy in charge is an egomaniac and cares only about himself. They don't take care of their people. The operation is completely crooked. Stay away!
