Pros

1. Clean Shops, Warehouses, Bathrooms and Kitchen. 2. Approx 3 of managers worked with are the best in the industry, world class talent, why they stay in this quagmire is a mystery.

Cons

1. Zero accountability for the "friends and family" consortium. Of which there are many layers. 2. The burden of cleaning up their messes is left to the non-relative masses. 3. Implied message to all..."If you want to eat at the Plantation Masters trough, you must do as they say...not as they do". 4. Least Ethnically Diverse company of its type and size that I have experienced....confused how they justify their hiring practices,

Horrible Company

Pros

There literally are no pros about working here. I guess if you have to live in Sedalia and can't find another job, this is a viable option.

Cons

Extremely abusive management. It's not at all uncommon to have a manager publicly humiliate someone for making a simple mistake. The owners don't seem to have a problem with it. For Sedalia, they're a big company and the owners are important people in the community. In any large city, they and the company would be nothing special and they would have a very hard time finding people willing to work in such a hostile environment. Very low pay Poor benefits No advancement No bonus

Pros

If your title is VP or director then you make a ton of cash, otherwise good luck. Hopefully you get to work for one of the good managers who look out for you.

Cons

They pile more and more responsibility on you and pay you the same and never expect to get a raise no matter what. I've seen to many people fired because there boss needed a scapegoat for there own failed projects. Eventually they run out of scapegoats and get fired too.
