Management is out of tune with people. It's an abusive place to work, no training, no appreciation, just constant degrading. Whatever you do wasn't the way management would do it, however, they never have a way to do it. It's a bunch of re-treads from other companies that get promoted 1 or 2 levels above where they were at and they aren't qualified to be in the positions they are in. Review & bonus program is a joke, lots of promises and then always find a way to not pay it out. The outlook isn't great.
Benefits used to be good, but are below average now.
