The leadership team are the best I have worked for - really supportive, listen to feedback and act on it where necessary, friendly and approachable. The head office is really nice and modern with lots of parking and a free gym. The company does its best to create a positive, engaged, friendly culture. They clearly want staff to be happy there and provide a good offering of benefits including an online GP and mental health first aiders are available if needed.

Cons

My reason for leaving was a personal experience with other staff members which wouldn't be fair to say as it wouldn't happen again with anyone else.
