Working at PROS has been a great experience! This company truly works hard to promote diversity and make every single person feel appreciated in the role that they have (did I mention there is always some type of food catered and plenty of snacks *if you beat the rush because they are some pretty great snacks). Everyone I have met has made me feel welcomed, which is definitely appreciated when coming to work. I haven't been here long enough to see the different avenues of growth, but from what I hear from my teammates, there are opportunities and I get the feeling you have to search for them. However I do feel if you work hard and do your job well, it will not go unnoticed when trying to move within the company. Another aspect that I love about PROS, is that they have a great understanding of work/life balance, which is something I definitely seek when looking for a company to work for.
