      Former successes in passenger airline business.

      Cons

      Cult-like culture with very few controlling the dialogue. Appears open but is hierarchical and is all about pretending, especially how great it is. Most people act in this vain to look agreeable and supportive. The company is falling behind quickly in a field they used to own.
