Pros

You will meet a few good and smart people.

Cons

Where to even start? I worked there several years and was a "high performer" so this review isn't from someone who couldn't hack it. I've even written many of the fake 5-4 star reviews on here as instructed by management/HR any time the overall rating was too low. I finally escaped and can now say my real thoughts. Don't believe the 5 or 4-star reviews, they are coerced. Leadership shoves the core values down everyone's throats while abiding by none of them. You will be expected to sacrifice your personal life. You will come to hate yourself for it. People are constantly losing it, crying, and completely overwhelmed by the amount of work vs the amount of staff. This never changes because people are constantly quitting and their work is dumped on the ones left behind. The culture is truly so toxic and bully-like. The standard practices of the company are very unethical. The politics of “office favorites” is hard to ignore when incompetent people find their way into managerial positions. The company claims to be very dynamic and flat and somehow thinks that explains the frequent change in team leaders, department leaders, and everything in between. In actuality- they promote incompetent people into authority roles solely because of favorites, then quickly realize they do not possess any characteristics of a true leader. They will hammer the “core values” down onto you, and won’t stop despite the obvious detriment it has on people’s mental health. It’s corporate bullying at its finest. And if you aren’t actively partaking in bully behavior, then somehow it gets twisted back onto you for not being “culturally aligned”. The culture and politics of the company make it impossible for sound-minded professionals to stay. Hence the incredibly high turnover rate. Management seems absolutely unbothered by the high turnover rate. Employees are simply a number and will be replaced without a second thought and they are ready to pay twice as much salary for new employees instead of raising the salary for existing employees. They hire diverse people but NEVER promote them even if they go above and beyond. A lot of people left the company because of this reason. The company has zero respect for employees' personal lives, and even worse, has no boundaries for any type of work-life balance. In fact, they urge against the phrase work life balance and instead try to promote work-life integration. The mindset might work for sound and ethical companies- but that simply isn’t the case here. They give a "Wellness" holiday every month but managers make employees work on these so-called holidays and if you are offline, the manager will send you text messages on your personal number or on messenger. With certainty, most people who work here are actively looking for other opportunities. If that doesn’t say everything you need to know, then nothing will. It will take a couple of months to see, but the cracks are in all depts. Also, the company will wrongfully inflate their good reviews by asking the favorites to write reviews or post on LinkedIn. Again, here we are with the unethical practices. It’s all very normal to them though.... notably one of the most dangerous aspects of the job. The slim pros are nowhere near the extreme of the cons... candidates are blinded by the flashy office, free food, health care, gym, etc. but the truth of working here is much uglier. My final advice is to run far away from this company and don’t look back. If you desperately need the money, then take the job, but don’t stop looking/ interviewing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, much less a friend or acquaintance.
