Pros

The company is on the verge of transformation and continues to build a solid team to make it successful. In my time here, the leaders have been open, inclusive, and caring.

Cons

It takes a long time to make decisions and get things going because teams still operate in silos. But it's being addressed and change is starting to happen. Another con is the health benefits are very expensive. It's really hard to manage the high Out of Pocket deductibles.

Pros

The PROS culture and people are amazing. Our executive leadership team takes great strides to be transparent and honest about everything that is going on in the company. I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of such a unique and wonderful company.

Cons

Not always having enough resources to accelerate our goals.
