      Great work culture and plenty of time off. Quarterly mental health days are great way to take a break.

      Pros

      The people, culture, reasonableness, teamwork. Every person here is kind and capable. They trust you to do your work, and you can approach anyone. There is no micromanagement. Its also a product company that sets their own reasonable pace, and they have all the perks a super large tech company has. CEO Andres was a coder too, and so are many managers so they are understanding.
