Very rewarding occupation. Staff is very friendly and always glad to help when needed. The hours you work make it easy for you to balance work and home life.

Cons

Paid in commission so not really a chance to earn raises.

Great schedule, great people, growing company, built in clientele!!! You basically are self managed which is great. No retail sales pushing!!!

Cons

Company has grown so quick, some struggles in keeping up with the growth and support needed. However they are adding lots of additional support.
