PS Lifestyle is a wonderful company doing amazingly positive and innovative things in the senior living industry. The Salon & Spa operations have stylists and managers that truly care about the residents and the senior communities, and they're able to make such a positive impact every day. I've worked for PS Lifestyle for about 6 years, and the company's leadership is ethical, understanding, fair, and positive.

Cons

There are some emotional factors that could be hard for some working directly with seniors depending on personal experience. Those same challenges though often times make it extremely rewarding.

Extremely professional, interview process was communicated very clearly with good follow-thru. Great to talk to so many people who are so passionate about their companies mission and their personal growth and careers! I can't think of a better mantra than to, " We strive to elevate the spirit of our clients through the gateway of their self-images, by providing the highest quality beauty services available in a professional and care-giving manner." It doesn't get better than this!

Cons

Company is growing fast, however they are working hard to put a strong foundation in place to support the growth! Everyone I have met has been so knowledgeable and supportive!
